Attracting the role
Our initial part of the selection process is concerned with “selling the role”. Considerable thought is given to this part of the process, especially where external advertisement has to be used or we are headhunting for the role.
Screening
This involves going through all the applicants and determining whether they meet the competencies in order for them to proceed to the next level of the interviewing process.
Testing
This can be done using psychometric tests that can either be ability or personality tests.
Interviewing
We conduct an interview on behalf of the customer.
Meet the client
We then refer the candidates to the prospective employer and the employer then picks the preferred candidate for the position
Background Checks
To protect the business we conduct checks to reduce the exposure our clients might face in the future due to the conduct, and or behavior of the employee. The check not only gives information about the history of the employee but it also gives insight into the strengths, weaknesses and academic background of the employee
