Job Background

Our client a leader in the cosmetics industry is looking for a talented, passionate, and creative social media specialist to join their team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s Social Media strategy to increase its online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.
  2. Define the most important social media KPIs
  3. Manage and oversee social media content
  4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
  5. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  6. Attend educational conferences
  7. Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  8. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  9. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  10. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  11. Provide constructive feedback
  12. Adhere to rules and regulations
  13. Present to Senior Management

Qualifications

  1. 2 years’ experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role
  2. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media platforms
  3. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  4. Knowledge of graphics design is an added advantage
  5. Love and passion for the beauty industry
  6. Degree in Marketing or relevant field

SALES EXECUTIVE-PHARMACEUTICAL CONSUMABLES

SALES EXECUTIVE-DETERGENTS INDUSTRY

Role:

Increase sales, meet set targets, retain existing customers and ensure customers are satisfied

Duties & Responsibilities

1.Prospect –seek out sales opportunities-cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings with the client.

2.Negotiate and close deals including applying for tenders.

3.Respond to customer questions, Make product presentations.

4.Suggest quarterly strategies on how to increase new clients.

5.Enlist new customers in the database, obtain contacts including telephone number, location, and email address.

6.Have knowledge and keep track of outstanding debt, build trust and recover the debt.

7.Produce sales reports

8.Adhere to all required accounting procedures including-invoicing, including delivery note filing, etc.

10.Track all orders from receipt through completion

10.Attend weekly/monthly meetings

11.Take part in sales and inventory analysis reporting

Personal Attributes

2.Degree/Diploma in relevant field

4.2 years’ relevant experience in medical consumable sales for the Sales Executive Pharmaceutical Consumables and 2 years’ relevant experience in the detergent industry for the sales representative detergent role.
